How do I get started with Circuit Pass?

Fill out the contact form. Once we have received of sufficient information, we will analyze the submission to see if your business is the right partnership for Circuit Pass. If you are, we will contact you to begin the onboarding process. (You may sign up prior to officially opening your facility.)

What’s the cost to my studio to be a part of the Circuit Pass network?

Nothing! Becoming our partner will initially cost you nothing. We are about making money with our partners. Every Circuit Pass created and used at your facility will increase your monthly revenue.

How does Circuit Pass work?

Circuit Pass members will pay their monthly fee. Depending on their membership tier will determine the member’s number of passes to use per month. When a member finds an affiliate they can use their pass directly through our platform. Members will get directions and any available classes that are offered. The facility will be logged into their Circuit Pass Portal at the front desk and with a scan or manual entry of member ID the pass is scanned

What’s my commitment period as a partner?

It is essential for our partnership to flourish and for our partners to see the absolute value, we encourage to remain on our platform long-term. However, if things were to change we just ask for a 90-day notice of resignation.

When does my trial start?
Your trial starts the day you sign up. (when we decide to do trial periods)
What does my free trial include?

For $1 you will get:

  • 1 Circuit Pass to use at any of our partner gyms in our network
  • Our digital currency reward for Circuit Passing into that gym

  • And last but not least the unlimited perks of gym conveniences!
How does my trial work?
When signed up, the member will receive passes which will be used at our affiliates.
What are Circuit Passes?
Circuit passes are passes that are able to utilized at participating affiliates.
How do I use Circuit Pass?
Once signed up and logged in, the member can search for nearby participating affiliates and use their pass for that gym for that day. The front desk representative of that facility will be able to check in guest and are able to use facility.
Why do you need my credit card information?
Once your trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly plan with your card on file, unless you cancel before your trial ends.
Does the trial auto-renew?
Yes after the trial period is over, the account will automatically get renewed and charged into a monthly plan.
What is your cancellation policy, and how do I cancel?
A membership may be canceled at anytime besides of the annual membership. Membership will be good until auto renew date.
What if I run out of credits?
Once there are no more passes available on the account, the member must either wait until renew period or upgrade account.
What if I don’t use all of my credits?
Passes that are not used with the membership period are lost.

Marketplace FAQs

How do I earn the rep point currency?
Circuit Pass earns you a digital rep point with every circuit pass check in when going to a gym within our network.
Do my reps expire?
Your reps will not expire but you may be incentivized to want to use them earlier rather then later to accumulate even more rep points.
What membership plans offer the rep currency opportunities?
The functional plan does not have this incentive program offer but will keep track of your pending reps earned if you do decide to upgrade to the plans that do have access to the marketplace incentive. Those plans consists of the Compound Plan and Maxx Plan.
